Veeray offers jewellery including customised and made to order pieces in gold, silver, natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds, moissanites and other gemstones.
As our jewellery may be handmade or customised, minor variations in colour, finish, size, stone appearance or weight may occur and will not ordinarily be considered defects.
2. Customised & Made to Order Jewellery
Customised orders are produced according to the specifications approved by the customer.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customised or personalised jewellery may not be eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where required by applicable law or in case of a genuine manufacturing defect attributable to Veeray.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final design, specifications and price before production.
3. Prices & Payments
Prices may change without prior notice. The final price may depend on the metal, weight, stones, design, customisation, taxes and applicable making or shipping charges.
For customised or high value orders, an advance payment may be required before production begins.
All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required under Indian law.
4. Orders & Cancellation
An order is confirmed only after Veeray accepts the order and, where applicable, receives the required payment or advance.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing or product errors, payment issues, inability to manufacture or supply the product, suspected fraud, inaccurate information or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation of made to order jewellery may not be possible once production has commenced.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Refund/Return Policy.
Eligible products must generally be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging, invoice and certificates where applicable.
Products that have been resized, altered, repaired or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or exchange.
